Training for Development Professionals

Each year the UDIA puts development professionals and those in allied sectors through their paces during its Property Development & Project Management Course.

URPS’ Nicole Halsey delivers the module on Stakeholder & Community Engagement.

This year’s participants were keen to understand:

  • How to bring the community along on “the journey”?
  • Who to engage with and when?
  • How to identify influential stakeholders to engage with early and help set projects up for success?

We love training development professionals in engagement.  This is because we know that engagement performed well generates valuable information that improves decision making and creates better project outcomes.  It is also a key risk management tool, heading off issues early.

Please get in touch if you would like to talk more about engagement or have us deliver bespoke engagement training for your organisation.
