The culture and leadership in an organisation play a critical role in establishing a shared vision, and in implementing strategies to achieve that vision.

URPS regularly work with the leaders/managers of organisations to identify cultural issues and how to address these. Building on an organisation’s existing strengths is always the best place to start the cultural change process.

The extensive experience of the URPS team in working in and with Local Government means we are well placed to assist individual and regional groups of Councils, to strengthen their governance models and build leadership capacity.
