Rebecca Rutschack Appointed to SCAP

URPS Principal Consultant Rebecca Rutschack has been appointed as the Deputy Presiding Member of the State Commission Assessment Panel for the next 2 years.

Rebecca is very experienced in development assessment having worked for several Councils throughout greater metro Adelaide and the UK, covering highly urbanised, peri-urban and rural localities.

In her previous role as the Assessment Manager at the City of Adelaide, Rebecca was responsible for the assessment of some of the largest development projects in the Adelaide CBD.

An Accredited Professional Level 1 and 2, Rebecca is also a member of the Mitcham Council Assessment Panel.

These Assessment Panel roles complement Rebecca’s work at URPS nicely.
