Theresa’s many years in Local Government gives her a deep understanding of development assessment and the objectives of different stakeholders. Her technical know-how means that she can easily engage with experts in areas as diverse as stormwater and traffic engineering, arboriculture and heritage conservation.
Particularly experienced in residential development, Theresa is always negotiating with homeowners, architects, building companies and neighbouring objectors. This means that she understands the issues that drive these stakeholders and can recommend options to quickly determine the best way forward. She is a straight shooter that builds relationships easily.
Determined and resourceful, she enjoys taking all development challenges and making them her own.
