As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we have had to adapt the way we work so that we can continue to meet your needs.
We have technology in place for the URPS team to be working remotely from this Friday, 20 March 2020. All staff remain contactable by phone and email and our office line remains open.
Being nimble and adaptive are core values at URPS – therefore, all of our team are well equipped to work remotely.
We will limit non-essential face to face meetings during this difficult period. We can also facilitate tele-conferencing if required.
Stakeholder and Community Engagement Services
For those of you who use our stakeholder and community engagement services, we have a range of alternative and innovative ways to engage that are not face to face.
We are already working with clients that are replacing face to face meetings, workshop and forum processes with online and other formats, and we will now follow suit.
Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss ways to continue your projects and engage with stakeholders and the wider community.
As the COVID-19 situation develops, URPS will continue to monitor updates from Australian health authorities and respond by ensuring our team operates in a safe and responsible way.
Feel free to contact anyone you work with at URPS if you have any queries or concerns.
Let’s all work together to help flatten the curve.
Take care, and remain safe and well.
