Continuing to Hit the Engagement Sweet Spot

Community engagement in a world with less face-to-face interaction doesn’t end.  It just changes.  But the fundamentals of successful community engagement remain the same.

Our goal is to always hit the ‘engagement sweet spot’.  This is the intersection of three engagement fundamentals as highlighted above.

At URPS, we have extensive experience in designing and using a variety of online, remote and virtual world engagement methods beyond face-to-face interaction that hit the sweet spot.

These include Zoom/online workshops, forums and meetings, key informant interviews via telephone or online, online surveys/feedback opportunities, webinars and more.

Importantly, we also have a number of ways to overcome the challenges that engaging online presents such as low technology literacy and unreliable internet speeds in some locations.

Get in touch to discuss your engagement needs.  We can help you find ways to stay connected with your stakeholders and the community so you continue to deliver well-informed projects on time.
