More than 120 people heard from a diverse range of engaging experts on emerging issues in apartment design at our breakfast seminar held at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre last week.

James Harbard, Associate at Elenberg Fraser (architects), discussed a range of apartment design trends affecting mid-to-high rise apartments in Victoria, as well as making some observations about apartment development in Adelaide.  Download James’ powerpoint presentation here.

David O’Loughlin, Mayor of the City of Prospect, President of the Australian LGA and member of the SA Commission Assessment Panel, provided his reflections on recent apartment development in Prospect and discussed some changes to Council Development Plan policy to better guide apartment design.  Download David’s powerpoint presentation here.
